Kourtney is an associate attorney with Sudduth & Associates, LLC, where she practices in a variety of areas including domestic and family law, contract law, personal injury law, and all areas of labor and employment law. Kech’s passion for the law and the firm’s clientele are unmatched. Kourtney is a native of Houston, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 2014. During her sophomore year, she was honored to be inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta/Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society.
After graduation, Kourtney went on to attend Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she graduated cum laude with her J.D./D.C.L. in 2017. While in law school, Kourtney served as a Production Editor for the Louisiana Journal of Energy Law and Resources.
During her time at LSU, Kourtney externed for the Honorable Michael J. McDonald in the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeals, and earned CALI awards for the highest grade in three classes.
Kourtney is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Texas state courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
