Pierce joined Sudduth and Associates, LLC, in 2018, where he maintains a diverse array of practice with a concentration in the areas of personal injury, business transactions, civil and commercial litigation, and labor and employment law, among others. In addition to advocating for clients in arbitration, his practice spans the representation of plaintiffs and defendants at both the lower and appellate levels.
Though a native of the Tri-state area, Pierce attended the University of Michigan, where he graduated from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Finance. During his time at the University of Michigan, Pierce was inducted to the Gamma Pi Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, a professional fraternity dedicated to community service. As Chair of Athletics for Alpha Phi Omega, Pierce focused on fundraising and community outreach through organized, recreational youth sports programs.
Following his graduation from the University of Michigan, Pierce attended the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where he graduated with his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law (J.D./D.C.L). During his time at LSU Law, Pierce received academic honors including CALI awards for the highest grade in two classes. While in law school, Pierce was a member of the Public Interest Law Society, where he continued to pursue his passion for community outreach.
Pierce is licensed to practice in Louisiana state and federal courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
